Option 1: Book in a calibration online yourself
1. Go to My Andatech: https://andatech.caltrace.com
2. Register a new account or log in to an existing account
3. Follow the steps below:
1. Click on the products tab
2. Select the unit you would like to calibrate by ticking the box
3. Clicking on book calibration
4. Thereafter follow the prompts to check out
NOTE:
- Your product needs to be registered before you can make a calibration booking
- If you are a new user or have yet to create an account with us, you may do so on our website: https://andatech.caltrace.com
Option 2: Sign up for a yearly calibration management plan
For hassle-free calibrations, sign up for a calibration management plan instead.
With a calibration management plan:
1. Calibration bookings are automatic every 6 months
2. Cost effective
3. No auto-renewal
