First, install the mobile app onto your mobile device.

Then, connect your UTOUR C2L dash cam to the mobile app:
1. Power on the dash cam
- Start your vehicle or connect the dash cam to power.
2. Turn on the dash cam’s Wi‑Fi
On most UTOUR/DriveSense dash cams:
- Press the Wi‑Fi button on the side or in the menu.
- The dash cam screen should show Wi‑Fi ON with the network name (SSID).
3. Open your phone’s Wi‑Fi settings
Look for a network name similar to:
- UTOUR_C2L_xxxxxx
- DriveSense_xxxxx
4. Enter the default Wi‑Fi password
For the DriveSense UTOUR C2L, the default Wi‑Fi password is usually:
12345678
If that doesn’t work, check:
- The label/sticker on the dash cam body
- The user manual
- The Wi‑Fi settings page on the dash cam menu (Settings → Wi‑Fi → Password)
5. Open the mobile app
- Use the official app: “LuckyCam”, “FinalCam”, or the specific DriveSense app (depending on your model).
Once connected:
- Live view will load on the app
- You can download videos, change settings, and format the SD card
6. If the Wi‑Fi password was changed
If someone changed the password and it’s unknown:
- Go to Settings → Restore Factory Settings on the dash cam
- After reboot, the password returns to 12345678
