If the Ionmax Venta 8L Desiccant Dehumidifier is running but not collecting any water:
Possible Reasons:
1.The plastic film has not been removed from the filter. Ensure to remove plastic film from the HEPA filter before use.
2. The room humidity may already be low
3. The target humidity setting may be too high
4. The air filter may need cleaning.
4. Ensure doors and windows are closed.
