1. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked by dust, curtains, walls, or any other objects, as restricted airflow may affect the unit’s performance.


2. Please confirm whether the dehumidifier fan is spinning properly while the unit is operating.


3. Verify that the water tank is not full and is correctly installed. The unit may stop operating if the tank is full or not positioned properly.


4. Inspect the filter and ensure it is clean and correctly installed. A dirty or clogged filter can significantly reduce airflow and impact performance.


5. Please make sure that any protective filter film or packaging material has been removed from the filter before use, as this may restrict airflow and affect operation.
