1. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked by dust, curtains, walls, or other objects. Restricted airflow can affect performance.
2. Please check whether the dehumidifier fan is spinning.
3. Check whether the water tank is full or not properly installed. The unit may stop operating if the tank is full or incorrectly positioned.
4. Inspect the filter and confirm it is clean and correctly installed. A dirty or clogged filter can reduce airflow significantly.
