If the air purifier is not turning on, please perform the following checks:


Power Supply

Confirm that the wall outlet is functioning properly by testing it with another device.

Try connecting the unit to a different power socket.

Avoid using extension leads or power boards where possible.


Power Cord

Inspect the power cord for any visible signs of damage.

Ensure the plug is fully inserted into both the wall outlet.


Power Button & Display

Press the power button and check whether any indicator lights, display lights, or sounds appear.


Filter & Filter Cover Installation

Remove and reinstall the filters correctly.

Ensure the filter cover is securely fitted into place.

This models are equipped with a safety switch and will not power on unless the filter cover is installed properly.


Reset the Unit

Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet for approximately 10 minutes.

Plug the unit back in and try turning it on again.


Check for Any Signs of Power

Please let us know if you notice any of the following:

  1. Indicator or display lights
  2. Beeping sounds
  3. Fan movement or airflow
