The P2 error on the ION626 Leone Pro usually indicates that the water tank is full or not properly installed.


Please try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Remove the water tank and empty any water inside.

2. Reinsert the tank carefully and make sure it is fitted properly into position.

3.Turn the unit off and unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart the unit.

4. Check if the float inside the water tank is stuck or obstructed.


Please also note that a compressor dehumidifier may collect little or no water if the room humidity is low or if the ambient temperature is too cold.
