The 'Hi' and 'Lo' messages on the Ionmax Leone Pro ION626 are normal humidity indicators, not fault codes. 'Lo' means the room humidity is below 30% RH, while 'Hi' means it is above 91% RH. The unit will automatically adjust its operation and return to a normal humidity reading once conditions are within the display range.
LO Display
Meaning: Room humidity is 30% RH or below.
What happens:
The compressor stops dehumidifying to prevent over-drying.
The fan may continue running.
The unit will automatically resume dehumidification when humidity rises above approximately 32% RH.
How to resolve:
1.No repair is required.
2.This is normal operation.
3.If the air is too dry, reduce dehumidifier usage or increase the humidity setpoint.
Hi Display
Meaning: Room humidity is 91% RH or higher.
What happens:
The dehumidifier continues running to remove excess moisture.
The display will return to a numerical humidity reading once the humidity drops below 91%.
How to resolve:
1.Allow the unit to continue operating.
2.Close doors and windows to improve dehumidification efficiency.
3.Check that the air filter is clean and airflow is not obstructed.
