If your Ionmax Venta dehumidifier is displaying C1 or C2, it means the unit's overheating protection system has been activated. The heater will automatically switch off, while the fan continues running for approximately 10 minutes to cool the unit down.
To resolve the issue:
1. Do not unplug the unit immediately. Allow the fan to continue running until it stops automatically.
2. Once the fan has stopped, unplug the unit from the power outlet.
3.Leave the unit to cool down for a few hours before restarting it.
4. Ensure the unit is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources such as radiators, dryers, or direct sunlight.
5. Check that the air inlet, air outlet, and filter are clean and free from obstructions.
