Yes. on the Ionmax ION630 Vienne, when Laundry Mode is selected, the unit operates in continuous dehumidification mode at maximum drying performance. The humidity target setting is disabled, meaning you cannot set a desired humidity level while Laundry Mode is active.
In Laundry Mode:
1. The unit runs continuously regardless of the room humidity.
2. The Humidity button/settings are ignored.
3. The unit stops only if the water tank becomes full, a timer expires (if set), or the unit is turned off.
If you want the dehumidifier to maintain a specific humidity level (for example, 50% RH), switch back to Auto, Low, or High mode and then adjust the humidity setting as desired.
