The Rhine Pro ION651 includes a 12-hour automatic shutdown feature as a safety and energy-saving function designed for situations where the appliance is left running unattended (e.g. when you're not at home).

By default, the unit will automatically switch off after approximately 12 hours of continuous operation.

How it works

If the unit runs continuously for 12 hours, it will automatically turn off to prevent unnecessary energy use or overheating.

When automatic shutdown occurs:

- A buzzer will sound
- The timer icon will flash on the display
- You can press the lock button to cancel the flashing indicator
