If you're not home to receive your parcel, the delivery person will check if it is safe to leave your parcel.
If the parcel is left in a safe place, a picture will be taken as proof of delivery, and the tracking details will be updated with the delivery details.
Otherwise, the delivery person will leave an "attempt of delivery" card in your mailbox and will deliver your parcel to the nearest post office (for Australia Post) or delivery centre.
You can then arrange to pick up your parcel from the post office or centre.
Please check your email for the tracking number from us and track your delivery progress online.
Note: If you did not receive an "attempt of delivery" card, you can track your parcel online with your tracking number to check which nearest post office or centre to collect it.
