This is one of the possible reasons you may be experiencing water leakage.

Please note that the water is first collected in the internal tank and then slowly drips into the bottom tank.

This is normal for all desiccant units. During this process, the unit should not be moved or tilted.

Please note that it takes some time for the water to completely drain from the internal tank into the bottom tank.
