The Andatech GT uses an advanced fuel cell sensor, the same type of technology used in professional and law-enforcement breathalysers. It provides highly accurate, alcohol-specific readings with an accuracy of ±0.005% BAC at 0.050% BAC, making it one of the most precise personal breathalysers available.
While the Andatech GT is designed to deliver police-grade precision, it is intended for personal alcohol screening and should not be considered a substitute for evidential breath-testing devices used by law enforcement and should maintain calibration service every 1,000 tests or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
