The ION801 Far Infrared Heater is designed primarily for indoor use and works best in small to medium-sized enclosed spaces.
For larger spaces or outdoor use:
Large indoor spaces: It can provide localized warmth, but it may not effectively heat an entire large room. For open-plan areas or large rooms, you may need multiple units or a higher-capacity heater.
Outdoors: The ION801 is not designed for outdoor use. Because far infrared heaters warm people and objects rather than the surrounding air, they can provide some warmth in open areas, but the ION801 is not weatherproof and should not be exposed to rain, moisture, or outdoor conditions.
