The Ionmax ION801 Ray Far Infrared Heater comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. During the warranty period, the unit may be repaired, replaced, or refunded (at the manufacturer's discretion) if a covered fault occurs.
The warranty does not cover:
1.Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs.
2.Damage from power surges, lightning, or liquid ingress.
3. Normal wear and tear.
4. Products purchased second-hand or outside Australia.
