The extended warranty coverage always starts once the standard warranty coverage has ended.

If you purchased from 2021 onwards, then you will get the updated 2 years standard warranty and your extended 2 years warranty will start after the standard warranty has expired.

If you purchased in 2020 or before, your product will have the original 1 year warranty and the extended 2 years warranty will start after the original warranty expired.
