It has always been Andatech's aim to ensure that our continued commitment to quality is reflected in every aspect of our products, from development to customer care.
It is with great pleasure for us to announce that all Ionmax air quality products will now have a 2-year product warranty.
This applies to all Ionmax products purchased from 1 January 2021, including air purifiers, dehumidifier, humidifiers and heaters.
To validate the 2-year warranty, customers just need to provide their proof of purchase from Andatech or authorised resellers showing the date of purchase.
Customers are encouraged to register their warranty on My Andatech / Caltrace and upload their receipt online to be stored as proof of purchase.
