No — the standard 2-year warranty for Ionmax products does not cover ionmax filters nor replacement parts/consumables.
What the 2-Year Warranty Covers
The main Ionmax unit (air purifier / dehumidifier / humidifier) against defects in workmanship and materials for 2 years from date of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and it was purchased new from an authorised retailer.
What’s Not Covered
- The warranty explicitly excludes:
- Air purifier / dehumidifier filters
- Accessories and replacement parts
- Consumables like filters and other replaceable components
This means that if a filter (e.g., HEPA or carbon) wears out or if you need to buy replacement parts later, those are not covered under the 2-year warranty and must be purchased separately.
Extended Warranty Notes
If you have purchased an optional extended warranty (which adds additional coverage beyond the standard 2 years), that also does not apply to consumables/spare parts/filters — it only extends coverage for the main unit.
